2. Virtual Currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins
Chumba Casino operates using a dual virtual currency system consisting of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
2.1. Gold Coins (GC): Gold Coins are social virtual currency used strictly for entertainment purposes. Gold Coins can be acquired for free through daily login bonuses, promotions, or by purchasing Gold Coin packages. Gold Coins have absolutely no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to other players, or exchanged for prizes under any circumstances. If your account is closed, all Gold Coins will be forfeited.
2.2. Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweeps Coins are sweepstakes entry tokens. Sweeps Coins cannot be directly purchased. They are acquired for free as a bonus with the purchase of specific Gold Coin packages, or through our Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE), such as daily login bonuses, social media competitions, or by sending a handwritten request via postal mail in accordance with our Sweeps Rules.
2.3. Playing with Sweeps Coins: When you use Sweeps Coins to play our games and win, your winnings are credited to your account as eligible Sweeps Coins. Eligible Sweeps Coins that have met the necessary playthrough requirements may be redeemed for real cash prizes or digital gift cards, subject to our redemption limits and verification processes.
3. Purchases and Refunds
3.1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is ever necessary to enter our sweepstakes, play our games, or win prizes. You can fully experience Chumba Casino and participate in all promotional sweepstakes using the free methods provided.
3.2. Payment Processing: If you choose to purchase Gold Coin packages, you must use a valid payment method registered in your own name. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank or credit card issuer.
3.3. Refund Policy: All purchases of Gold Coin packages are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. We do not grant refunds for any unused Gold Coins. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending an investigation, and any associated Sweeps Coins or pending redemptions will be frozen or voided.
4. Prize Redemptions
4.1. Redemption Thresholds: To request a prize redemption, you must hold a minimum balance of eligible Sweeps Coins in your account (e.g., 100 SC for cash redemptions, or 10 SC for digital gift cards). These thresholds are subject to change and will be clearly displayed in the redemption portal.
4.2. Redemption Limits: In certain jurisdictions, such as the states of Florida and New York, the maximum redemption value for a single sweepstakes play (i.e., a single spin or single game round) is limited to $5,000 USD. Any winnings exceeding this amount in a single play will be reduced to $5,000. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit overall daily redemption amounts across the platform for security and operational purposes.
4.3. Processing Times: While we strive to process all verified prize redemptions as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear into your nominated bank account. Gift card redemptions are typically processed much faster and delivered via email.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
5.1. Fair Play: You agree to use the Services fairly and in good faith. You must not exploit any bugs, glitches, or errors in the software to gain an unfair advantage. The use of automated bots, scripts, macro programs, or any other third-party software designed to manipulate game outcomes or automate gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
